This Privacy Policy explains how Bakerman (a brand of FASPA BV; “Bakerman”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit bakerman.ai or request a demo. We are committed to handling your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is FASPA BV, operating as Bakerman, Geelhandlaan 59, 2540 Hove, Belgium, company number BE 1039.850.589. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@bakerman.ai.

2. What data we collect

• Information you give us, when you submit the demo form: your name, company and work email, plus anything you include in messages to us.
• Usage & device data, collected via cookies and analytics once you consent: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions such as scrolls and clicks.
• Technical logs, our hosting provider processes standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your demo request and stay in touch, necessary to take steps at your request and our legitimate interest in serving prospective clients (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Analytics & advertising, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our campaigns, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Security, fraud prevention and legal compliance, our legitimate interest and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(f) and (c)).

4. Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads with Google Consent Mode v2. No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:

• Google (Google Ireland / Google LLC), analytics and advertising measurement.
• Zapier, routing your demo-form submission to our systems.
• Netlify, website hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers are based outside the EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep it

We keep demo-request and contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and thereafter only as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@bakerman.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, dataprotectionauthority.be).

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
